Ways To Keep Busy During Lockdown

You've probably been staring out your window for the past couple of hours- counting days when we are released from Lockdown. we have put together ways you can keep bust during lockdown.

1.Netflix Party- During lockdown a lot of us are away from friends and family. Because of this you may not be able to link up on and watch Netflix with friends and family. Getting Netflix party allows you to be able watch films and shows with friends and family.

2. Home workouts- During lockdown you can do home workouts using YouTube videos. This is a good way to keep active as the gym as closed down. This is something that you can do with friends and family through FaceTime and zoom. This way your keeping connected and fit.

3. Read a book- This is a good time to keep your mind stimulated and active. You can read books through kindle and audiobooks. Ask friends and family or people on social media to recommend to you good books to read during quarintine. Finding a good book in genre that you enjoy will keep your mind of being in doors.

4.Meditation- This is a good time to free your mind and meditate. Meditation is a good way to relieve stress and anxiety during this lockdown period. Find a quite space in your house and turn on some meditation music on youtube or join a live meditation class on facebook or Instagram live.

5.Cooking- This is a good time to up your cooking skills during this time.You can learn new recipes from different countries. in addition to this, you could also bake cakes, and treats as well .
